Yoga (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday): This class begins with meditation, grounding and breath work. Participants will then direct their focused breath to awaken the body through posture sequence, focusing on flexibility, balance, alignment, and strength. The class concludes on the mat with gentle therapeutic postures and a final posture of savasana or corpse pose for integration.
