Kettlebell 101 Workshop
Saturday, July 1 and July 15, 10:15 -11:15 a.m.
Kettlebells have tremendous benefits when used safely and properly. They increase body awareness by increasing joint stability, they improve balance and they stimulate CORE activation. This workshop begins with the basics and builds on core principles. All fitness levels welcome. Taught by Senta Schleder, StrongFirst Kettlebell Certified instructor.

Golf Stretch and Strength Workshop
Friday, July 7 at 9:30 -10:30 a.m.
This workshop will address common tight areas of the body that limit movement and mobility whether you are a golfer or not. Upper back stiffness, hip tightness, shoulder tightness/weakness and, of course, lower back will be of focus. Learn how to take care of your body effectively to avoid injury. All levels welcome.
