The Athletic Center of Cordillera's fall fitness schedule starts Monday, October 2. Fitball, Hydro Cycle, Yoga, Total Tone, Basi Pilates Tai Chi are offered.
Please note, there is no Pilates on October 4.
Friday, October 6, 13, 20 and 27, 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Learn new exercises that focus on form and functional body movements. Participants will be using kettlebells, TRX, medicine balls and body weights.
All fitness levels welcome.
$25 per person (please bring credit card as the form of payment).
