The CPOA Board of Directors extends its appreciation for property owners who paid the annual assessment on or before January 31. The Board decided to leave the annual assessment at $2800, but there is not a $300 discount for paying the assessment by a specific date.The collection policy that was entered into in August, 2017 states that assessments are due and payable on January 31 otherwise a 10 percent late fee shall be imposed on any owner who fails to pay the applicable assessment within 30 days of it being due, which is March 2, 2018. The first notice of delinquency will be sent via US Mail and certified mail when the assessment becomes more than 45 days delinquent, March 17, 2018.If you have not paid the annual assessment, please remit payment by March 2 in order to avoid late fees.Cordillera offers the following methods to pay.Via U.S. mail - Note the new mailing address: P.O. All check payments are now being processed in Grand Junction; please do not mail payments to the Cordillera Administration Office.Please be sure to clip and mail the Remittance Slip (at the bottom of your invoice) with your check for accurate processing.If applicable, please adjust the address at your online bank for any previously established Automatic Bill Pay.Online (new) - Go to www.CordilleraLiving.com and select the"Online Payments" button on the home screen.
