Kick off your weekend off right with this upbeat, challenging and exciting total body workout. Polly is going to make you sweat, be sure to keep your water bottle and towel close by. Class format will change weekly and will be held outdoors at the athletic center (indoors only when weather does not cooperate). Suitable for all levels.
