During the milling and asphalt replacement on Fenno Drive, the homeowner lane at the Ranch Gate will be closed as the gate-arm will be disabled; all traffic will be routed through the guest lane. The exit lane gate will also be disabled and will remain up during construction. The milling will be extensive, cutting through in-ground sensors, thus rendering the gate arms inoperable until new sensors and pavement are installed. The work under the gates is expected to take three weeks beginning Tuesday, May 16.
While the gates are not functioning, the overnight public safety patrol, 1 a.m. to 5 a.m., will be stationed at the gates unless called to respond within the community.
Road construction on Fenno will be performed May 15 and through May 26, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Single lane closures will be in effect in the immediate work area throughout the day and traffic control will be provided at all times during construction hours to direct motorists, pedestrians and cyclists. Please allow additional travel time during this construction project.
Residents and guests are asked to drive carefully around construction personnel and equipment and exercise patience as there will be impacts and traffic delays during construction.
Please call Trevor Broersma, community operations director, at 970-569-6275 if you have any questions concerning the road construction. Contact Kirk Pliske, public safety director, at 970-569-6261 with questions regarding the gates.
