To assist Property Owners in disposing of bulk household items during spring cleaning, Community Operations will place a dumpster in each neighborhood for use on a first come, first serve basis until it is full, Thursday’s in June from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. per the following schedule.
These dumpsters are intended for property owner use only. They are not to be used for construction waste.

To assist Property Owners in disposing of yard debris from their properties, Community Operations will collect yard debris that is neatly stacked and placed alongside the road according to the following pickup schedule Tuesday’s throughout the summer:
Divide: June 6, July 11, Aug. 8
Ranch: June 13, July 18, Aug. 15
Summit: June 20, July 25, Aug. 22
CMD asks that all property owners call the Divide Gate at 970-926-2335 to schedule a pickup on the dates corresponding to each neighborhood (Divide, Ranch, Summit).
Woody debris should not be brought to the edge of the road until the week before the scheduled pickup.
