Recreation Reservations

Although reservations will still be required for all activities, we are excited to announce expanded hours, lap swimming, class programming and online reservations. Athletic Center Hours of Operation / Guidelines (face covering required at all times) 

  • There are 1.5-hour time sessions starting at 5:30 a.m. They continue every two (2) hours with the last session beginning at 5:30 p.m. daily. The 30 minutes between each session will be used by staff to clean/sanitize equipment. 
  • There will be no facility access before 5:30 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m.
  • Face coverings are required at all times while inside the Athletic Center, this includes while working out. This is per the State of Colorado and Eagle County Public Heath Orders. 
  • Reservations can be made two days in advance. Please notify staff of any cancellations. 
  • There will be a limit of twelve people per session allowed. There are five different disciplines available to facility users. Those are cardio, strength, Peloton, TRX trainer/functional equipment and lap swimming. Each room/discipline has a set capacity to ensure social distancing can be maintained. Should another discipline open up during the reserved 1.5-hour time slot, user may participate in that discipline. 
  • The facility is open to property owners and family, in-residence guests and Club at Cordillera Members only. 
  • Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.
  • Please do not arrive outside of your 1.5-hour session time. 
  • Please bring your own towel, water bottle, mat and headphones as communal items will not be supplied. Sauna, showers (please come dressed to workout), steam rooms will remain closed. 

Fitness Classes (face covering required at all times) 

  • All fitness classes are currently held in doors a the Trailhead building. Classes are limited to  6 people.  

Pool - Opening for Lap Swimming 

  • Swimmers are required to have reservations and use the two outside lanes to ensure social distancing. 
  • Pool and hot tub will be open only to those who have reservations. 
  • Towels or showers will not be available. Swimmers should shower before coming to facility and bring their own towel.

Tennis and Pickleball - See You in the Spring

  • There are 1.5-hour time sessions starting at 7:45 a.m. There is a fifteen-minute gap between sessions with the last at 6:15 p.m. daily. A maximum of 18 people will be allowed on the courts. 
  • Reservations can be made two days in advance. Please notify staff of any cancellations. 
  • There will be a maximum of 18 people per pickleball drop-in session allowed on courts, which will be held from 9:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m. all days except Tuesday/Thursday. Reservations are required for drop-in pickleball.
  • Athletic Center guidelines and restrictions have been set with health and safety as the precedent. The operational protocols follow the current Eagle County Public Health Order and Phase Two of the Transition Trail Map.

We ask for your kindness, patience and understanding as we operate with these new guidelines. Benefits of the reservation system include the guarantee that users have a spot in their desired discipline and additionally, a clean, sanitized and safe facility for all to enjoy.
