Private improvements proposed for properties owned or managed by the Metropolitan District require the execution of an Encroachment Agreement prior to construction. Driveway entrances associated with private homes or landscaping proposed on District open space or within utility or drainage easements are examples. Each Encroachment Agreement contains information specific to the proposal, and each is written accordingly. Please contact Cliff Simonton at 970-569-6255 or email@example.com for help or additional information.
Driveway aprons, culverts, address markers, retaining walls and landscape improvements require an encroachment agreement when located in Cordillera Metro District right of ways.
