Over the past several months, this area has been inundated with construction debris, landscaping debris, hazardous materials, chemicals and electronics (TVs, computer monitors, etc.) and other unintended waste, greatly increasing the cost of disposal. Staff patrols the area and picks up trash that is strewn about.
Gates and video surveillance have been installed at the entrance. Starting today, Friday, October 30, these gates will open only for existing property owners' transponders or stickers 24/7. Property Managers will not have access. All oversized trash must be brought to the Eagle County Landfill in Wolcott.
