With its proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail resorts, as well as all of the cultural opportunities the Vail Valley has to offer, Cordillera is close to everything – while staying tucked away from crowds.

Championship golf courses wrap around Cordillera’s three distinctive neighborhoods. The range of Colorado mountain homes, spot-on amenities, endless views and miles of trails quickly feel like home.

The Divide

The Divide is a charming neighborhood characterized by European architecture and design. Property owners here love the walkability and the easy access to Granada Glen fishing pond and picnic area as well as the Dave Pelz Short Course. You’ll find neighbors enjoying an evening cocktail on a deck, enjoying the expansive views of the Vail Valley. Arid mountain landscape with pinon and sage add to the picturesque surroundings.

Enclave homes include Les Pyrenees, Kensington and Alcazar.

The Ranch

The Ranch neighborhood is aptly named as it once was a working ranch and features Colorado ranch architecture and design. The Ranch is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with 21 miles of hiking and snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails. Nestled nearby is the Hale Irwin designed Mountain Golf Course, Trailhead Clubhouse with pool and playground for families to while away languid summer afternoons and Cordillera Day Camp (Cordy Camp). Come winter, property owners can enjoy the mountain air on the ski track and settle in at Nordic Center and Clubhouse. The wonderment of winter can be found on a horse-drawn sleigh ride at the TimberHearth restaurant, which offers American cuisine year-round.

Enclave homes include Bearcat, Cimarron, Greyhawk, Club Cottages and Bentgrass.

The Summit and The Territories

The Summit and The Territories live up to its name with majestic views of the Gore Range. The homes here tend towards mountain and mountain modern architecture and design. The Territories have expansive 40-plus acre lots.

It’s worth the drive to play a round on the Jack Nicklaus signature Summit Golf Course, with Summit Clubhouse and restaurant as the 19th hole. You’ll also find the spacious Athletic Center at Cordillera with a indoor pool, outdoor hot tub and pickle ball and tennis courts in this neighborhood. Finally, adventurers can enjoy hiking and snowshoeing into Big Park and the White River National Forest.
