The Divide
The Divide is a charming neighborhood characterized by European architecture and design. The Property owners here appreciate the closer accessibility to the Valley that the Divide’s location provides. The Ranch

Come winter, property owners can enjoy the mountain air on the groomed Nordic track that surrounds the Mountain Golf Course.

The Summit & Territories
