Cordillera’s Neighborhoods

The Divide

The Divide is a charming neighborhood characterized by European architecture and design. The Property owners here appreciate the closer accessibility to the Valley that the Divide’s location provides. They enjoy the walkability and the easy access to Granada Glen fishing pond and picnic area. Open to Cordillera property owners, the challenging Dave Pelz Short Course is located on the Divide. One of two signature Pelz designs in the world, it is created to improve your short game. You’ll find neighbors savoring an evening cocktail on a deck, taking in the breathtaking, expansive views of the Vail Valley.  Several popular hiking trails are located in the Divide, including Mirador and Camino del Norte. The Divide’s arid mountain landscape with piñon and sage add to the picturesque surroundings. Enclaves in the Divide include Kensington, Les Pyrenees and Alcazar.

The Ranch

The Ranch neighborhood is aptly named as it once was a working ranch and features Colorado ranch architecture and design. The Ranch is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with 21 miles of hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing trails. Nestled in The Ranch is the members- only, Club at Cordillera’s Hale Irwin-designed Mountain Golf Course and the Club’s private TimberHearth restaurant.  The Trailhead Clubhouse, with outdoor pools and playgrounds for families to while away languid summer afternoons, is also located in the Ranch. Come winter, property owners can enjoy the mountain air on the groomed Nordic track that surrounds the Mountain Golf Course.

Enclaves in The Ranch include Bearcat, Cimarron, Club Cottages, Greyhawk, and Bentgrass.

The Summit & Territories

The Summit and The Territories live up to their names with majestic views of the Gore Range. The homes here are trending towards mountain modern architecture and design. The Territories have expansive 40-plus acre lots.
