Owner Portal Registration Instructions

Go to www.ciranet.com/residentportal and click ‘Don’t have an account?’ below the Log In button.

Create your user account by entering your 16 digit Property Number, Check Digit security code, Email Address, and a Password of your choice. Then click ‘Create User’. Your Property Number and Check Digit can be found on your GrandManors Welcome Letter which was mailed to you. If you need assistance call the Cordillera Property Owners office at 970-855-2664, Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 4:30PM MT. Questions can also be emailed to CFlores@CordilleraPOA.com
Next, check your email inbox and open the email with the subject line ‘CiraNet Portal Registration’. Click on the link to activate your account. (The email may be in your ‘Junk Mail’ folder if you use Spam Protection). The link will take you back to the Login page.
Log in with your email address and the ‘Password’ that you created in STEP 2. The ‘Home Page’ will appear. You are now logged into the Owner Portal and are ready to use the functions listed on the left side of your screen.
If you own more than one property, or you are a member of the Cordillera Vail Gondola Club, click ‘Add Property’ menu option located by clicking on your profile name in the upper right corner of your screen and enter the Property Number, and Check Digit security code for each additional property.
