The Trailhead Clubhouse
A community gathering space for CPOA social events, outdoor pools and playgrounds open in the summer.
The Trailhead Clubhouse building is open year round from 9:00am to 6:00pm, accessed with a Cordillera ID card when the desk is unattended.
The Trailhead Clubhouse Great Room is an amenity available to CPOA Homeowners (those in the Divide, Ranch, Summit, and Territories) and their immediate families to hold private personal and family events. There is a charge of $400 for this usage.
The homeowner is required to sign a waiver HERE as the responsible party and must attend the event.
While the fee will cover a professional cleaning service of the common areas after the event, we ask that the homeowner take responsibility for a general cleaning of the space after such events.
The CPOA does not allow a homeowner to “sponsor” other corporations, entities or non- homeowners to use the space for outside and third-party events.
The Pool and Pool Deck are not available to be closed off for private parties. This would limit the homeowners’ ability to use the outside pools and pool area.
