If you are a realtor, closing, title or tax service agent or lender, we hope that we can make the closing process as clear and easy as possible for you.
The required closing disclosure information for the Cordillera Property Owners Association will be supplied by GrandManors, our HOA management firm.
Additional requests for information may be required if the home is being conveyed in one of our eight enclave neighborhoods. Enclave neighborhood names and contact information are listed at the end of this page.
Realtors, Closing Agents, Title Agents, Lenders and Tax Service Agents have several options to contact us for information requests. There are various fees based on what is requested and payment can be made at the time of the request.
If you are a homeowner and have already completed your purchase, please register for the Owner Portal.
In order to sign up, you will need your 16 digit property number and Check Digit security code which will be included in your welcome letter to be mailed to you after closing to the address you provided. Real estate signage in Cordillera: All signage in Cordillera must adhere to county-wide sign regulations as well as our community’s policies. Please refer to the Cordillera Signage Policies document below for more information about for sale signs, open house signs, directional signs, and other types of signage within Cordillera.
The following enclave neighborhoods will have their own disclosure documents which will need to be requested through their management teams. Contact information is listed below, but please be aware it could change without them notifying us.
