Cordillera Property Owners Association
The Cordillera Property Owners Association’s (CPOA) is a private homeowners association serving the needs and interests of Cordillera property owners. The offices are located inside the Cordillera Post Office building at 360 Carterville Rd.
We invite homeowners to stop by anytime during business hours Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm to receive personal attention to your requests. You can pick up a new homeowner’s packet, grab a cup of coffee in the Cordillera Cafe and say hello to our on-site staff who are there to help you.

A five-member volunteer Board of Directors is elected at the annual meeting of the property owners for staggered three year terms. Per the Bylaws, directors may serve a maximum of two consecutive three-year terms.

The CPOA owns and manages the following amenities for the private enjoyment of homeowners:
The Athletic Center of Cordillera
A 16,000 square foot, completely renovated and expanded athletic center, with indoor pool, expansive cardio, weight room and class space, outdoor spa and patio.
An executive par 3 golf course on The Divide.
For convenient receipt and processing of mail and packages, open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
A community gathering space for social events, outdoor pools and playgrounds open in the summer.
The Cordillera Vail Gondola Club
A member’s only ski club located a stone’s throw from Gondola One in Vail.
The Cordillera Private Fishing Parcel
Cordillera living includes access to 1.3 miles of private fly fishing on the Eagle River. Six “beats” (lengths of river) are available by reservation, providing a fishing experience of unparalleled quality—and unique to the Vail Valley.
The CPOA is responsible for the following services for homeowners:

Residential Wildfire Mitigation & Healthy Forest
The CPOA coordinates with the Cordillera Metro District on wildfire mitigation efforts throughout the community on public and private lands. All homeowners are responsible for preparing their properties so that firefighters can more effectively defend the community in the event of a wildfire. Homes are inspected on a three-year schedule.

GrandManors Services
The CPOA has contracted with the HOA management company GrandManors LLC, to provide financial services and software, human resources and dedicated on-site employees.
