Welcome to Cordillera

Welcome to Cordillera

On behalf of the Cordillera Property Owners Association (CPOA) and the Cordillera Metro District (CMD), we would like to officially welcome you to the Cordillera Community!

As you know, Cordillera has unrivaled amenities including the Athletic Center at Cordillera, the Trailhead Clubhouse, the Short Course, fly fishing on private water, and even our own Cordillera Post Office. Cordillera homeowners can join the Cordillera Vail Gondola Club for access to Vail’s world-class skiing, or take advantage of the Equestrian Center, which offers riding lessons and boarding. Check out our Car Wash, take your furry friend to the Cordillera Dog Park, even park your RV in a secure area on Carterville Road.

Sign up for the Owners Portal to access closing documents, property owner’s information, CPOA documents, budgets, pay assessments, and an opt-in directory of homeowners. Instructions are here.

CMD Public Safety operates two gatehouse facilities, one at the entrance to the Divide and one at the entrance to the Ranch. For gate access, click here. In order to gain entry to amenities such as the Car Wash and the Athletic Center, click here to obtain a Cordillera ID. After receiving a Cordillera ID, property owners are eligible to complete an online training program for Car Wash access.

Again, welcome to the Cordillera Community!

Cordillera Welcome Committee

The Cordillera Welcome Committee is so happy you’ve chosen Cordillera as your new home! We hope to meet you at one of our Meet and Greet events, usually held on the first Friday of the month at the Trailhead Clubhouse.

There are many ways to get involved in the Cordillera community. In the summer, you can take a beautiful guided hike with our hiking program. Sign up for our active Pickleball Group, take classes at our newly renovated Athletic Center, or join the Stitchery Group, one of our most popular groups. You will find these and other activities, including children’s activities, noted on the Calendar.

Please be sure to stop by the CPOA offices in the Cordillera Post Office building to pick up a new Homeowner’s packet. It contains helpful flyers that we hope will answer many of your frequently asked questions.
