- Annual Meeting Notice Mailed and emailed via Constant Contact – Friday, August 4th
- Ballots emailed via VoteHOA – Monday, August 7th; secret paper ballot can be requested by emailing SLofaro@CordilleraPOA.com (details and announcement will be sent via Constant Contact)
- Results announced at the CPOA Annual Meeting of the Members, 3pm Friday, August 25th at the Trailhead Clubhouse and on Zoom (details and announcement will be send via Constant Contact)
