- Call for Nominations – released Monday, June 24th, 2024
- Candidate Nominations and Bios due – 4:30pm Tuesday, July 9th
- Candidate Forum via Zoom – Thursday, August 2nd 10:00am (details and zoom info to be announced via Constant Contact)
- Annual Meeting Notice Mailed and emailed – Monday, August 5th
- Ballots emailed via VoteHOA – Monday, August 5th; secret paper ballot can be requested by emailing SLofaro@CordilleraPOA.com (details and announcement will be sent via Constant Contact)
- Results announced at the CPOA Annual Meeting of the Members, 3pm Friday, August 23rd at the Trailhead Clubhouse and on Zoom (details and announcement will be send via Constant Contact)
