Zinn-Yordi Trail in Cordillera

It’s a beautiful time to be outside! Come join us for a Monday morning hike! Explore the trails of the Vail Valley, all skill levels are welcome.

All Hikes are Monday mornings and times vary depending on how far away they are. Please be courteous to other hikers and be on time. For any questions email Matthew.Weingast@grandmanors.com. Otherwise, no need to RSVP, just show up!

Monday, August 15th

Meet: At the trailhead of Bearden Road, we will shuttle back to cars at the end of the hike

Time: 9:00am. Please be on time, the group will leave promptly at 9:05am.

Distance: ~4+ miles

Hike Duration: ~3 hours

The Zinn-Yordi trail is a steady uphill climb with some flatter parts in the middle, featuring breathtaking views of Cordillera Ranch and the Mountain Course. The trail is mostly shaded by trees and passes by a waterfall and a bench memorializing Ron Yordi, a Cordillera resident and one of the first CMD Board members. The trail end at Bog Park, where we will shuttle back to our cars.

Please bring the appropriate hiking gear for the day including hiking shoes, hiking poles recommended, sunscreen, rain gear, water and snacks.
