Event Details

Not your average Mat Pilates class. This total body Pilates class will increase muscle strength and endurance while targeting your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and glutes. We will be working our way up to a higher intensity through low impact movements that will be sure to get your muscles burning and your heart rate pumping. Athletic Shoes not required.
