Open Space Commander

The Cordillera Metro District (CMD) is looking for a Open Space Commander to join our Comm Ops team. We are building fun and challenging mountain bike trails within the Cordillera community and need new team members. The Cordillera Metro District Open Space Commander is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of trails, park areas, and river parcel grounds within Cordillera.  This position can be full-time year round or seasonal.

The Cordillera Metro District’s Community Operations Department is responsible for maintaining more than 40 miles of paved roads, lighting and signage, road fencing, landscaping, and snow plowing during the winter. CMD’s Equestrian Center offers superior horse boarding and care, horse riding lessons, and clinics. The CMD Public Safety Department provides services including maintaining and operating 24-hour gatehouse access into the community.
