Cordillera ID

A CordilleraID is issued to Cordillera Property Owners living in the Divide, Ranch, Summit, and Territories neighborhoods to access community amenities including the Athletic Center, the Trailhead Clubhouse and Pools, the Short Course, and the Car Wash.

Cordillera ID cards and replacement cards have a non-refundable printing fee of $40. Please confirm eligibility for a card before submitting your application.

ID cards are only allowed for:

• Property Owners
• Property Owner Spouses
• Parents of Property Owners
• Children of Property Owners
• Children’s Spouses and Grandchildren (15+)

All Cordillera ID cards will be verified prior to issuance.

Complete the application located here. Once the staff has approved your ID, you will receive an email notification that your card has been printed and is ready for pick up.
